Gran Canaria here we come ...
Just one more day before we go on holiday. This time I'll get my own seat on the airplane. Daddy promised me that when I'm really bored we're going to have a little chat with all the nice stewardesses.Posted on October 21, 2003 at 02:43 PM in Vincent | Permalink| Comments (0)
Brunch
Today we had our regular Sunday bike ride around the Noord AA lake. We have four stop over options along the route. Right at the beginnng is where Roy and Lia live. Then on the otherside there is Raimond and Michel. Just a bit further is where Tante Annie lives. And finally we pass by Edu and Petra's home, where usually Mike, Davy and Jill are playing somewhere around the house. This time we didn't get very far. We got stuck at Roy and Lia's place. Lia and I were playing with the little zoo, while Roy was preparing another one of his famous brunch meals.

Boef
I thought that I was a Boefie, but here is a real one. In the Police station they had a prison with a Big Bad Boef locked up inside! We also saw the interrogation room with a one way mirror. This boef turned out to be not so bad at all, in fact, he was quite funny.Posted on October 12, 2003 at 03:49 PM in Vincent | Permalink| Comments (0)
Police
This weekend we went to see the Police station. First we saw an ordinary Police van, they use it to transport arrested people. Nothing really special here, actually quite boring.
Of course I had to immediately think of cousin Henry who is with the Police in Seattle, Washington. He used to drive motorbike for the police as well and he currently just got a Harley Davidson for his 60th birthday.
Finally we saw this huge yellow towing truck.Posted on October 12, 2003 at 02:47 PM in Vincent | Permalink| Comments (0)

Spain again ...
After Fuerteventura, Barcelona, Tenerife and Lanzarote, this time we'll be going to Gran Canaria. It's virtually the only save, kid-friendly destination within 4 flying hours from Holland with 25+ degrees Celcius (almost) guaranteed in November. We're bringing Opa along, so he can help me build a big sand castle on the beach.Posted on October 6, 2003 at 10:49 AM in Vincent | Permalink| Comments (0)
Piano
Yesterday we had our Sunday dinner at Opa's place. Opa had setup his study with equipment, hooking up his VCR to a projector and a big screen. We watched a video of Dutch/Indonesian pianist Wibi Soerjadi that we had given Oma a long time ago on a mothersday. He also played Nocturne Opus 9 Number 2 by Frederic Chopin, the song we played for Oma.Posted on October 6, 2003 at 10:45 AM in Oma Hedwig, Vincent | Permalink| Comments (0)
