Old buildings
Vincent thinks that you only find old buildings in Egypt, Greece, Italy, etc., and he didn't believe we have some old buildings of our own close by. And since he of course never believes what we tell him, we had to take him to The Hague for some proof.Posted on March 20, 2006 at 10:12 PM in Vincent | Permalink| Comments (0)| TrackBack (0)

Meeting an Acrobat
While Vincent was looking at this fascinating acrobatic picture, a couple passed by and asked us to take their picture in front of the poster. We're chatting away and it turns out that they're from San Francisco, travelling around Europe. The guy starts recommending the performance, inviting us to the theater to see it. Of course we assume that he has seen the show, but then he starts pointing at the poster and says: that's me!Posted on March 20, 2006 at 09:13 PM in Vincent | Permalink| Comments (0)| TrackBack (0)
F1 2006
The new season is here, Formula 1 has started again. So it's Saturday training sessions and Sunday raceday. Vincent is more than ready, practicing in full gear to be a driver himself. Though he is a bit disappointed that they stepped down from v12 all the way to just v8 engines. Ah well, can't have it all...Posted on March 20, 2006 at 09:06 PM in Cars | Permalink| Comments (0)| TrackBack (0)

Manado
Opa Maurits is in Manado and had to travel over emergency bridges and damaged roads. There have been earthslides and floodings, so it's quite a mess.Posted on March 9, 2006 at 10:20 PM in Opa Maurits | Permalink| Comments (0)| TrackBack (0)
