Famous Rai

As we all know, Raimond is a very busy guy, next to his regular job he also works as BABS: Buitengewoon Ambtenaar van de Burgelijke Stand, which loosely translates into Extra ordinary Officer of the Civil Authorities. That BABS job of joining couples into holi matrimony has now given him eternal fame, allowing him to enter the inner circle of Zoetermeer's celebrities and rising his status to VIP of the family.

He will still have to compete with Vincent for front cover, though ;-)

Noise

Michel is organizing a conference on Music and Education and needed some pictures of children with instruments to illustrate the invitation brochure and poster. So he gave instruments to Vincent, Noa and neighbour kids Eline, Justin and Thomas, can you imagine the noise that made!

Cherisa & Danny got married

Cousin Cherisa and Danny got married by Raimond, our own very special private BABS (Buitengewoon Ambtenaar van de Burgelijke Stand), who used to change her diapers when she was little. Of course we did our usual family act of singing a medley of Wieteke van Dort's well known Dutch-Indonesian songs, making the lyrics as hard as possible to understand by the B'landas by using as many Indonesia words as possible.
